Store Manager

Every Store Manager is responsible for management of the entire location, including merchandising and personnel, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest profitability of the store.

Store Managers are responsible for: completing daily paperwork and filing daily reports; conducting inventory counts and cash audits; ensuring all deposits are taken to the bank daily; proper recording of all invoices for inventory control; daily communication with sales associates and corporate office personnel; working with vendors and ensuring proper placement of orders; creating schedules without exceeding allotted labor hours; ensuring the store’ appearance reflects the company’s standards; managing prices by checking competitor pricing; following all laws pertaining to the store’s operation; ensuring that all personnel adhere to company policies; properly handling staffing issues as they arise; and ensuring safety in the workplace.

Assistant Store Manager

Every Assistant Store Manager is responsible for management of the entire location in the absence of the Store Manager, including personnel, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest profitability of the store.

Sales Associate

Every Sales Associate is responsible for providing prompt, courteous customer service and maintaining a clean, professional store environment.

Sales Associates are responsible for: greeting customers; efficiently operating their shift within company guidelines; ensuring all cash is handled properly; performing tasks assigned by the store manager; keeping all merchandise stocked and fronted; properly cleaning and maintaining all equipment, floors, pumps, lot, etc., as directed by the store manager; and ensuring safety in the workplace.
